I own three Conids, soon to be four and find the quality of the pens outstanding, they are finished so well.
After using fountain pens for many years, I have gravitated towards these and use them more often than any others. The nibs are tuned very well. Customer service is exceptional as once they tried to redirect my pen with the courier after it was sent and I failed to tell them I had moved. Another time the barrel snapped on my slimline and Conid sorted it out quickly and without cost.
I am not in the habit of leaving reviews as too much time is spent on screens anyway but feel Conid deserve one as they truly value and serve their customers. If you’re interested in one I would suggest trying them out first if possible as the models vary and I was surprised that the Minimalistica was the best fit for my hand.
It’s not all gushing five stars, I think the new website could have more photos of each model and comparison size photos of models together. Also once you order, you hear nothing until the shipment advice which can be many weeks. I think a brief email at some point to say your pen is nearing production, it’ll be another four weeks, for example would be helpful. If Conid could tie up with one major pen shop in the US and Australia for example, sending them a range of models then people could try them out more easily. Then orders could be group shipped to that shop to reduce mailing costs if that works.
