Our main goal is to create the peace and time that will finally allow us to fully focus on open orders (Bulkfillers, parts, nibs and repairs).

Important: please do not send us any reminders or update questions.

We are putting in our full effort to prioritize and act accordingly. Calculating new ETA’s (Estimated Time of Arrival) or providing an insight on the cue has unfortunately become a very difficult and complex task that is not among the priorities. We hope to find your confidence and understanding that we will ship in the most comfortable timing possible.

The most important message that we want to share is that we are not going to compromise our built quality.
